We provide a 'no obligation' quotation service to clients and surveys are carried out by our professionally trained surveyors to MDHS100 standard. We undertake Type 1, 2 & 3 surveys on commercial, domestic and ecclesiastical buildings to the highest standards of working practice. We also provide a swift response to fire and flood damaged properties to ensure an accurate determination of any asbestos containing materials enabling speedy remediation works.

Asbestos Recognition & Determination:

Our surveying techniques meet all MDHS100 requirements & all samples are sent to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited laboratories for independent impartial analysis, providing clients with the best possible service and results. For urgent analysis a same day service is available.

Asbestos Risk Assessment: The survey is completed with the presentation of a complete risk assessment & management recommendations which acts as an asbestos register & a log for ACM's (asbestos containing materials) on the premises. It is the foundation of the 'Duty to Manage Asbestos' regulations within industrial, commercial & domestic premises.

Asbestos Management Policy and Plans: For those companies who do not possess an asbestos policy as part of their Health and Safety documentation ARMAC have produced a clear and concise procedural policy including a Permit to Work. This policy is unique to the industry and can be individually adapted to client requirements. The policy will act as the management plan for any found asbestos and also contains an updateable register for periodic re-inspections.

Asbestos Management Software:

We can provide management software, with training & support, which enables clients to assess & manage their asbestos risk directly from a desk top PC. Reports can be viewed and updated over the internet using secure password encryption technology.

Asbestos Awareness Training:

Our surveyors can also provide training and awareness sessions for companies or workforces alike. Training can be tailored to individual client requirements and as training Partners of the HSE will include:

As Environment Agency Licensed Carriers of Hazardous Waste we can professionally remove, wrap, bag and transport any bonded asbestos for safe disposal at Licensed Landfill Sites. This facility is particularly helpful to both corporate and domestic clients who may have corrugated asbestos sheeting typically used to clad factory and garage roofs.
